Shipping and Returns

AUSTRALIA DELIVERIES

  • all orders are sent using Australia Post
  • charges are based on size and weight
  • all charges will be seen before confirming your order to calculate shipping charges simply make an  account, add products to your cart and click on checkout
  • costs will be shown before you are committed to purchase.
  • please allow 7-14 days from date of purchase until you receive your item

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • we do not process international orders at this stage, please contact us if you live outside Australia and would like to purchase our product
  • International order shipping prices are based on weight


RETURNS :
If you are not happy,  made the  wrong choice or if you consider the goods faulty then you are welcome to return goods, dependent upon the following conditions being met….

  • Returns must be received at our office at 24 Bishops Pde, Toorbul QLD 4510 within 14 days of you receiving  the order.
  • Items must be in the original state i.e. in the condition that we sent them. In the original packing. if apppropriate.
  • Partial returns will not be accepted  e.g.  you cannot return part of a packet of beads or some of a strand.
  • Special and discounted items are not returnable
    • if the goods  are faulty or do not fit in with the description upon which you purchased the product then the products shall be refunded in full,  however we  need to have the product back in our possession to verify your claim, an alternative to sending us the product back is to send us a digital image of the product in question.
  • we may charge a restocking fee of  10% value of the returned items based on what you paid, or  a flat figure of $5.00, this fee is imposed is at the discretion of Venom Leather and it depends upon the circumstances of the return, if you received a discount  at checkout the discounted price will be considered the return value.
  • if the total of unreturned products in the portion of your order that is not returned falls under the discount levels then any received discounts will not apply.
  • if returned items are damaged in the post when you return them,  no refund can be issued.
  • returns must be sent back to us in a professional manner, please use a padded envelope and use protective wrapping when shipping a product back to us, as a general rule, postage on returned items shall be paid for by the returner however in certain circumstances we may refund postage costs, e.g if we have sent you an incorrect product.

Refunds:

  • you can request a refund on your returns( less restocking fee) only if  you paid order by credit card or Paypal
  • if you have paid by bank transfer or cheque we can only issue a credit note (unless there is special circumstances)
